Welcome to The Well’s Emotionally Healthy Soul meditations to cultivate emotional wellness.


Today, we will be interacting with the feeling of playfulness. Play is any recreational activity done for joy and excitement. Although we know that playing is vital for child development, it’s also important for adults. Play boosts overall well-being and helps manage stress. 


In a culture that emphasizes work and busyness, many of us don’t play enough anymore. Today, we will work to discover and embrace our inner playfulness.
