INTUITIVE ARTMAKING: Craft Your Own Fairytale / Part 1*
Tap into the timeless well of archetypal storytelling and craft your own fairytale. In this immersive workshop led by award-winning illustrator Vesper Stamper, you'll embark on a transformative journey of creative self-discovery.

Through the mystical art of "self-forgetting," you'll learn to hear ancient fairy tales with fresh ears, connecting to the universal truths and symbols that resonate across cultures and centuries. You'll also have the chance to intuitively respond to these tales through an exploratory mixed media experience.

By the end of this two-part workshop, you'll not only have crafted your own story, but gained profound insights into the power of fairytales to illuminate the human experience.

**Please note: this is a 3-hour workshop divided into two creative parts. To ensure continuity, please register for both sessions when selecting this workshop.
WORKSHOP BLOCK 2 OPTIONS
MOVING THROUGH EMOTIONS | Somatic Healing
Our bodies are constantly communicating with us and it is important to honor its visceral voice. This workshop explores the power of movement and its ability to heal and restore our access to our intuitive nature. Eileen will guide participants through gentle stretching, presencing and embodiment practices to allow individuals to feel into what is present within their internal world. The group will then be invited to share their somatic story through gesture and movement, first in pairs / small groups then all together, to create a collective movement piece that conveys the overall themes within the space. 

Note: All bodies are welcome. You do not need to be a dancer or mover to attend, if you have a body...this workshop is for you. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes you can stretch and move in. We will not be wearing shoes; you can go barefoot or bring some socks for added safety and comfort.
WELLNESS MIXOLOGY | Crafting Delicious & Nutritious Mocktails
Ever want to enjoy a cocktail without the fuss of busy barkeeps, liver toxins and headaches?
We hear you. There is a way to enjoy a refreshing beverage that not only equates to happy hour vibes but is also daringly nutritious for you sans alcohol. If your gut feels shaken and stirred, head over to this workshop for skills and recipes on crafting your own healing mocktail. 
HEALING HUMOR | Interactive Comedy Show
Enjoy some levity and embrace the unexpected with laughter. In this workshop, all you need to do is bring your playful spirit and a good sense of humor. The comedian will guide you through fun prompts and questions to find the "healing humor" in different areas of life. Then sit back, enjoy the show, and maybe even make a new, spontaneous connection!
CULTIVATING MINDFULNESS | The Sacred Art of Calligraphy
Explore how the rhythmic movements of calligraphy can become a moving meditation. Let go of mental chatter as you lose yourself in the fluid lines, allowing each stroke to ground you in the moment. 

Whether you choose to inscribe uplifting mantras, poetic verses, or your own personal intentions, this workshop offers a sacred space for mindfulness through artistic expression. No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and heart.

Please note: This is a 3-hour workshop where you will be able to bring home a personally written and illustrated fairytale. If you would like to participate, please select this workshop for blocks 1 and 2.
