In this mediation, we explore the core emotion of sadness. Rather than attempting to suppress or alter it, we embrace the practice of simply being present with our feelings. This involves nonjudgmental observation, being a curious witness to what is happening in your body and mind- allowing it to manifest, and then, pass.


Initially, sitting with sadness may feel uncomfortable. However, with time and practice, you learn to connect with the message emotions are trying to relay to you about what you need, what you fear, and what you value most.
