In this meditation, we will create space for ourselves to understand and acknowledge the core emotion of fear. While fear is a natural part of the human experience and operating system, its intensity and impact can affect our nervous system and mental clarity in various ways.
When we are curious about our fear, we realize that it can provide valuable information about our internal state, acting as a signal for unmet needs, areas of vulnerability, or lingering unresolved matters.
Our intention in this meditation is to approach our fear with a sense of curiosity and compassion, seeking to understand what it may be trying to communicate.
