Welcome to The Well’s Emotionally Healthy Soul meditations to cultivate emotional wellness.
Today, we are interacting with the feeling of Courage. Courage is a secondary emotion, which means it is fueled by and associated with other emotions. While courage is typically looked at as a positive, it also requires the presence of fear.
Although a courageous person might appear fearless, in reality, they may experience high levels of fear. A courageous person confronts challenges and obstacles despite fear. Courage helps you persist in the face of danger or negative consequences.
Today, we will practice cultivating a sense of courage by drawing strength from a source far greater than our own.
