Anxiety is a nudge urging us to respond with care. It signals a need for attention, prompting us to either confront challenges, seek safety, or find moments of stillness. By attuning ourselves to the underlying message of our anxiety, we open doors to understanding and growth.
As we navigate this feeling, it's crucial to discern what lies within our sphere of influence and what rests beyond it. This discernment grants us the power to release the grip of anxious thoughts, making space to receive Divine peace.
