The Lord is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. God will not constantly accuse us, nor remain angry forever....El Rachum does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve. For God's unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.  -Psalm 103: 8-11

Compassion awakens the heart in response to pain and suffering, whether our own or someone else’s. In today's meditation, we encourage you to allow your heart to awaken and receive God's compassion.
