Spirituality is connecting to the divine in your being. What is it to be with the divine essence of being?

In Christian scripture, God’s name is Yahweh. However, there is no precise translation for this word. It means something like, “I am who I am," or, “I will be who I will be.” At its essence, Yahweh refers to being itself, and therefore the simplest, yet profound truth God’s name points to is “to be.”

Today in our meditation, we will meet God at the very foundation of our being.
